Introduction to MYT: Leadership

Our signature leadership development program equips emerging leaders with the skills they need to become effective leaders in their organizations. 

The unique program curriculum is carefully curated to build well-rounded leaders who motivate, influence, and communicate effectively with their team to ultimately drive productivity and results.

How is this accomplished?

Participants cycle between group sessions, Kolbe learning sessions, and individual coaching with time for application between to reinforce lessons through real-life situations. This proven method increases the probability of new skills being transferred to the job long-term.

We believe that true leadership pairs the technical skills needed to succeed in your business with the interpersonal skills that set effective leaders apart.

MYT offers a dynamic curriculum, developed and led by distinguished professionals, that delivers long-term tangible results. Over the course of several months, participants will become confident leaders. 

Content overview:

Situational Leadership: this 50 year model assures training will result in competence and commitment for direct reports to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

Kolbe Technology: this empirically validated assessment measures how people naturally perform on the job, helping teams use individual instincts to their advantage.

Motivation & Accountability: theories and exercises are explored to tap into what motivates individuals and drives their behavior. 

Additional Lessons: we hone ways to effectively influence others, offer deep reflection and growth, with an optional 360 process, and further develop emotional intelligence skills.
