MYT: Leadership II: Essentials

MYT: Leadership II Essentials™ is the next step on the ladder for leaders to advance emotional intelligence skills and essential business skills. 

The program is compromised of several tools and lessons to help leaders grow into emotionally intelligent motivators who successfully execute on their goals.

Using the key formula used in all of our signature programs, the process is part didactic, interactive, and individualized with group support and consistency to drive results.

The Leadership II Formula 

Designed to help leaders take action and execute on their goals, while becoming master communicators even when faced with challenges.  

1. We begin with a workshop launch, taking place over two virtual half-days to introduce new material and learn from experts in the field of leadership development and emotional intelligence.   

2. Followed by five monthly group sessions, each 90-minutes, for the cohort to continue refining their skills learned at the workshop and go deeper into essential leadership lessons.   

3. Every month, participants meet one-on-one for coaching calls, to support them throughout the program and give attention to any issue or challenge they may be faced with.   

4. A strong focus on harnessing instincts and energy is achieved through three Kolbe Technology sessions with a certified Kolbe consultant. 

Where do we begin?  

1. Once registered, participants will be asked to schedule a personal interview meeting with a member of the MYT team to prepare them for the next few months. Any and all questions will be answered during this time. 

2. We then launch our virtual workshop over the course of two half days, with highly accomplished leaders, trainers, coaches, and consultants.  

3. We continue for the next few months follow-up consisting of both individual and group sessions.  

You will walk away a well-developed leader, prepared to successfully influence and communicate with others with a clear formula to execute and achieve goals.

The standard rate for LDP II is $4,295*  

By registering before May 12, 2023, you will receive the early bird rate of $3,595*  

Ancillary materials are not included and are determined on an individual basis with the guidance of the MYT team.
