Performance Review
Performance reviews are recommended mid-year and year-end. We walk our clients through the process providing templates and strategies to make for a meaningful use of time.
Review and revise position descriptions and the needs of the leadership team using Kolbe A and B technology in order to determine a plan of action to use these moving forward. We suggest using our 1w1 process to instill roles/responsibilities that drive accountability (pleasantly).

1w1 AWARENESS TRAINING
We call these regular meetings between supervisors and direct reports '1 with 1' instead of '1 on 1,' reflecting the togetherness of the relationship to reach goals. Our 1w1 process delivers accountability and structure for optimal productivity.
Training typically takes 5 hours total, including:
- Minimal pre-work (complete Kolbe indexes, provide org charts, and read 1w1 guiding principles)
- Follow-up schedule can be customized but typically takes 2-3 weeks minimum.
- MYT assists with creating templates for each supervisor/direct report pair, defining roles, responsibilities, and metrics, and providing guidance on how to lead an effective 1w1 meeting.
Price: $795 per person (or $2550 for a group of 3-4)
360° Refined
The 360 Refined assessment is an anonymous questionnaire sent to professional colleagues to evaluate emotional intelligence and leadership skills.
MYT works closely with individuals to help them develop a list of responders and provides communication templates including step by step guidance. MYT also compiles results, provides presentation templates and manages all invites associated with the presentation.

Team building
Available for our clients on Long Island. We organize these events to bring teams together to learn how to communicate effectively and utilize critical thinking skills while, of course, having fun!
MYT organizes logistics with the site, coordinates catering and provides a team member on-site to facilitate.
Price: $3,250 plus catering & site fees.
